We have an office in Chepstow, so there is no journey to make. Most towns on this site are a drive down the M4 to Cardiff Gate; Chepstow is not one of them. The examination happens here, in a room we keep for the purpose, with parking outside and no reason to explain yourself to anyone.
That matters more than convenience. A polygraph is only as good as the conditions it is run in: a quiet room, one door, no interruptions, nobody wandering past. A permanent office gives that every time, which is exactly what a hotel room hired by the hour cannot.

No. We run a permanent office in Chepstow, so for most Monmouthshire clients the test happens locally with no motorway involved. Cardiff Gate remains available if you would rather put some distance between the appointment and home, which a fair number of people do choose. Both offices appear when you pick a time, and the price is the same at either.
Not from us. Appointments are staggered so clients never meet each other, payment shows on statements as a discreet LPI reference rather than anything describing a polygraph, and the result goes only to the person named on the consent form. If a local appointment still feels too close to home, book Cardiff Gate instead and nothing else about the examination changes.
Here. Our Chepstow office is a permanently equipped examination room in the town, which is a different thing from an examiner who will drive to Chepstow and test you wherever they can find space. Ask anyone offering a local test where the examination actually takes place: if the answer is your house or a hotel, the conditions are being decided by whatever room is free that day.
Bring whoever you need for the journey and the wait, and there is space for them. They cannot be in the room during the examination itself: another person present changes how someone answers, and that shows in the charts. Most people find the drive home easier with company either way.
