Caerphilly is one of our shortest journeys: over Caerphilly Mountain or round on the A468, most clients are at Cardiff Gate inside twenty minutes. The office sits just off M4 junction 30 with parking outside, which means the whole appointment, arrival to preliminary result, usually fits inside two hours of a normal day.
Proximity changes who books. Caerphilly clients are more likely to come in pairs, more likely to book within a day or two of first looking, and more likely to tell us afterwards that the waiting was worse than the test. The examination itself is identical wherever you travel from: one issue examined on questions agreed with you beforehand, controlled conditions, a written report with charts in 24 hours.

Often within days. Live availability shows on the booking page, minimum notice is short, and being twenty minutes away means late-notice slots are practical for Caerphilly in a way they are not for clients travelling from further west.
No. Nearly everyone arrives nervous, and scoring compares your responses between question types rather than measuring calmness. Nervous and honest reads as honest. The pre-test interview exists partly to settle exactly this worry before anything is recorded.
Caerphilly is probably our shortest journey: over Caerphilly mountain or round the A470, Cardiff Gate is about twenty minutes away with parking onsite. That makes us the local polygraph service for Caerphilly in every meaningful sense, with the advantage that the office sits in a business park where nobody will recognise you arriving.
